So you eat well, you’ve followed every dietary tip that you can find, and you still need to find more ways to lose weight? There are a number of simple things that, if you do every day, can help you burn off those excess calories and add to your weight loss regime, and they are simply adjustments to your daily routine.

Exercise Less More Often?

When at work, don’t take a break and simply sit and have a coffee or chat – go out side and walk around for fifteen minutes, giving your body a minor work out a couple of times a day.

You’ll be surprised how this helps you, as it has been proven that a little exercise, many times a day, is very beneficial to weight loss.

Rather than getting the bus at the nearest stop, walk to the next one. Get off one stop early at your destination, and walk the rest of the way.

These are simple steps that add little time to your schedule, but give you that extra bit of exercise at both ends of the day.

Use The Stairs

Don’t take that elevator – use the stairs. You’ll be tired the first time, so try adding a floor at a time, but in a short while you’ll wonder why you ever bothered waiting for the elevator, and the exercise of going up and down stairs is a proven mini work-out that is very effective.

Be Active and Feel Great

Make yourself active – take the dog for a walk, or leave the car at home and walk to the shops, and devote some time to yourself each day for simple exercises.

You can even exercise while watching the TV in the evening, rather than simply sitting there!

These are just some suggestions, and I’m sure you can add more, but remember – a little exercise, often, is as good as a lot done at once.
